Time Efficiency

Time savings with the Fiber King come from more than just speed—it’s about eliminating unnecessary steps in the production chain. By removing the need for retting (the traditional process of laying stalks in the field for weeks to decompose naturally), the Fiber King significantly reduces the time hemp remains in the field. This harvester can cut, decorticate and separate 4 acres per hour, which is the equivalent of processing 16 tons of stalk per hour. The ability to move directly from harvest to clean, separated fiber in a single step accelerates turnaround times, reduces the risk of weather-related crop loss, and allows farmers to scale operations with far greater efficiency than ever before.
